Had a problem with the box cutting out and at times not even having the amp turn on. Contacted Amazon who said to contact MTX. Ran thru some checks with MTX and found this to be defective.
Seeing how Amazon is not a Cert. Dealer for MTX, I was advised to contact Amazon about any warranty.
Short note to Amazon, and a new one was over-nighted to me with the old old being picked up and sent back. All on Amazon's tab!
The new box works great, and I am once again a very happy customer of Amazon.com
