I am running one 10" Boston Acoustics G2 sub in a ported box and the Kicker not only provides more power but also delivers much tighter bass at lower volumes. The difference between the two is immediately noticeable in it's construction/design, it's performance and price.Construction/Design: This amp is small for it's power rating and has a small footprint allowing your to easily mount it almost anywhere in your vehicle. I opted to mount mine right to the side of my ported box so it has some room to breath. Everything on it is overbuilt and is pretty rugged so if you put it in your trunk or under a car seat you don't have to worry about it getting banged up. The connectors are gold plated and are nice and thick to allow for larger gauge wires.
