The subs are rated at 350 watts max power each (700W combined) and this amp is rated at 2600W bridged at 2 ohms...but does not overdrive the subs. If you buy this amp thinking that it is going to run 2600 watts then you will be disappointed. If you are familiar at all with car stereo then you should know that you get what you pay for. If you need a little more bass for a smaller sub install this is perfect for you. I have an Eclipse head unit, this amp, a 2 farad capacitor and an Optima battery installed in my 2007 Trailblazer SS and I am pleased with it. I replaced an older Kicker Impulse amp with this when I upgraded to 1 gauge power wire because the Kicker overheated and was not stable at 2 ohms.
